UNDERSTANDING THE USER
RESEARCH DETAILS
After conducting interviews, I created empathy maps to understand the users and their needs.
A primary user group identified through this research was divorced business women not romantic attached to wedding ceremonies that wants it to be done without having much work dedicated to it. As an initial assumption was confirmed that people over 30 years and on the second marriage would be the ideal user to reach.

WHAT I LEARNED
I learned
throughout the project that the initial wireframes are really just ideas that will
change with feedbacks and user research, they really don’t define 100% the user’s
needs. So, usability study is a key part of the process.
